Tess Reilly-Browne

As a trauma-informed relationship therapist, my greatest skill lies in quickly putting clients at ease. This ability, combined with my extensive qualifications and experience, allows me to provide a supportive and effective counselling environment.

I have a special interest and unique therapeutic skills in understanding and working with Adult ADHD and including Childhood and Adult Abuse and Childhood Emotional Neglect. These areas of focus allow me to deeply connect with clients facing these challenges, helping them feel truly seen and supported as they navigate their healing journey.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Applied Social Sciences (Counselling), a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, a Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs, and numerous qualifications in specific therapies. However, it’s my experience of supporting thousands of clients—by truly listening to each and every one of them—that defines me as a counsellor you can trust and connect with.

My Professional Achievements

Developing the trauma-informed relationship therapy protocol, Tapping into Relationships – eft², has been a deeply meaningful accomplishment. I now share this approach with other therapists and present it at conferences. Helping individuals who have never experienced safe, nurturing relationships is incredibly important to me, as everyone deserves to feel valued and loved.
